Citiescapes

Citiescapes is a self initiated project. I love city break holidays but i never know where to visit.

From my own personal experience, there seems to be a gap in the market for a travel website that can help you decide where to go based on what a place is good for. My idea was to tag up destinations based on the most popular things to do at that city. I also liked the idea that people could 'love' the destination, like a Facebook 'like', and then this would help to show users destinations that similar users had also 'loved'.

I liked the 'love' idea so much that i incorporated it into the logo.

I would love to take this project further one day.

Explorer by Citiescapes

Explorer is an idea for a companion app to work alongside the Citiescapes website. The idea being that after you have booked your break away you can use Explorer as a tour guide whilst away.

Features would include being able to search for near by attractions, hotels, restaurants with the ability to book and purchase tickets through the app.

You would also be able to get directions through the app.
